power supply was clicking. it is now speeding up

When I first received this PC the power supply was clicking like a floppy drive trying to read a bad spot on a diskette.  Then after one loud click (bang) that noise stopped and now the power supply fan speeds up and then slows down.  It makes a very annoying sound.  Would like to have a replacement power supply.

Please call your countries technical support number and get help from them as it involves a possible part replacement.
