s3130.sc no display signal

my HP s3130.sc is loading vista... l can see it from HD LED and hear the normal sound of loading...

 

but... nothing on the screen... just black... no bios screen no nothing, only text "no signal" at few seconds first.

 

l tried different video card, same thing, tried 2 different monitors...

l can't believe what kind of low quality shiiit companies are doing nowadays... and not even

take any responsibility about that.

Someof these PCs contain a motherboard that could potentially resultin the PC not booting and/or not displaying video.

Hewlett-Packard Company is contacting owners of PCs that may beaffected by this issue to inform them that HP is

offering aLimited Warranty Service Enhancement.

 

These models are under notice as shown in the link...

 

many model numbers... including s3130.sc

 

but can't find any solution from internet for this "not displaying video" problem.
