It sounds like you've got a failed hard drive. You'll need to have the hard drive replaced and reload the operating system using the HP Recovery Media.

 The failure ID indicates that your Hard Drive is failed and you will need to be replace the part.

If your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange to have the drive replaced.

If you are out of warranty and would like a guide on replacing the Hard Drive yourself, please let me know.
