sr103onx worth upgrading?

have old sr103onx is it worth upgrady maybe adding ram or changing mb cpu and get better ram

Hi:
It is more to me that you want to do it for the fun of it, then making it a PC powerhouse.
If it were me, I would limit the upgrade to maxing out the memory to 2 x 1 GB PC3200 memory, and maxing out the processor to the Athlon XP 3200+ Barton Processor (2.20 GHz, 400MHz).
The memory you can get fairly reasonable ($52 for the 2 x 1 GB) at the link below:

Find the processor on eBay used but tested, and guaranteed to work. Probably around $25 - $30.
If you want to throw a video card in there, get a used but tested and working ATI Radeon 9600 128 MB 8x AGP video card with VGA and DVI out, and you can run Windows 7 on the PC. Probably around $20 - $25.
So, if you don't mind investing around $100 into it, then I say go for it!
