Help;;;;  I have tried to go thru customer support at hp with no luck.  I have tried everything I can think of to no avail.  Here is my problem.  Located above the function keys (f1 thru f12 are I believe quick play buttons starting  from left to right, the Q for quickplay, DVD, forward and back buttons, stop control, mute and volume.  My problem is that they quit working some six months ago.  The symbols light up with the exception of the mute button, but they do not function at all, except for two months ago, they started working for about a week and then back to nothing.  I have tried downloading everything I can to do with quick time, quick touch, etc and have had no luck.  Went on the internet looking for a solution, but I can't even find out what those buttons are actually called.  I went thru the HP site and read the manual and still no luck.  I really do not want to reformat my computer is at all possible.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  /thanks, Vinny
