upgrade AMD E1 1500 cpu

I have a hp running a AMD E1 1500 cpu (1.5ghz) and I want to upgrade to a higher speed.  I need to know  my options.

Based on the specs of your HP 110-014 Desktop Computer, the CPU is solder onto the motherboard;

Infact, the only item on this computer that can be upgraded is the RAM.

I bought ram for this computer and its showing it has 8gb, but not using it..Its only using 3.5gb which was the same as before .. any ideas how to fix this?
