Hi,

This HP article will explain how to replace the optical drive.  It appears the slimline uses a standard 5.25" vertical drive mounting.

There are many excellent DVD drives.  Are you looking for just a Blu-ray reader or a Blu-ray r/w (the ability to read and write Blu-ray disks) drive?

Hi,

Look at this list for an internal combo drive.  Another thought might be to not replace your optical drive but instead consider an external USB Blu-Ray drive.

EDITED:  You might be inconvenienced by the above optical drives as they probably don't support the electronic eject button on the front of your slimline.  You can still use Windows to open the door or you might need to open the door manually and push the button on the drive.

Hi,

After a little more research, there might be a little nuance with the optical drive in your PC.  Does the button just below the optical door cause the tray to come out? This is the optical drive eject button.  You might need a very specific optical drive replacement and most optical drive don't have that functionality.  This makes the external option perhaps a better choice as the HP Blu-ray optical drives in the above link from Wb2001 are probably not under $100.
