UPDATE: November 16, 2011
The Court has approved the settlement and the deadline for appeals of the Court’s decision has now passed. To view a copy of the Order Granting Final Approval, please click here .
The settlement provides for a number of significant benefits, including HP’s agreement to implement a 90-day limited service enhancement program pursuant to which Settlement Class Members whose original one-year HP Limited Warranty has expired and who have experienced or who, during that 90-day period, experience a Lockup Failure or Blue Screen Failure can receive, at no cost to them, a free Motherboard Replacement. Settlement Class Members who paid HP or an authorized HP service provider to repair a Lockup Failure or Blue Screen Failure prior to the availability of the limited service enhancement program described above also may be eligible under the settlement for a reimbursement for the amount of any such payment. The deadline to file a claim for reimbursement has passed. The settlement benefits will be provided as follows: (1) HP will launch the limited service enhancement program (with notice of the program on HP’s website explaining how to receive a repair) on or before December 9, 2011; and (2) HP expects to make all appropriate reimbursement payments to eligible claimants by December 9, 2011. Please check back to this website frequently for updates.

Just sent mine in 2/21/2012. I have an e9180t. Has anyone had theirs repaired yet with a new motherboard that is offered under this lawsuit? If so how has it went? Problem fixed? Let me know, kinda curious.
