Hi! I recently purchased a HP Pavilion p6-2054uk Desktop PC (H0M70EA), and I have been uploading YouTube videos. Mine take so long to upload, I go and do somethig else to pass the time. When I come back to check progress, I normally see the 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown' message, and on more details I fond it was a blue screen. All that time wasted uploading a video that never made it onto the web! Really frustrating! It seems to be doing it nearly every day, which is really annoying considering all the hassle I went to to get it.
Thanks in advance for your help!
George

HI george,
Try a different surge protector to connect the comp or connect the comp to wall outlet directly & test it
Check for the drivers updates mainly bios & graphics for this product from www.hp.com
If the issue still persists while turning the comp on Keep hitting F8 it will load to advanced boot options
you will see disable automatic restart on system failure
if you have a blue screen let me know whats written on it
