Computer Freezing.

Hi,

I bought a HP CQ1-2010AN all in one in October 2011, I also bought the extended warranty as well.

Ever since I have had the computer, it freezes on me at least a dozen times a day.

I am in the middle of downloading files or programs and it just freezes on me.

 

In desperation, I took the computer back to the factory settings and then reloaded all my files, and then started to download all my programs again, and it started the freeze thing again.

It even freezes when I am playing Mahjong with no internet connection applied.

 

I have run all the diagnostic tests and also Advanjced System Care Pro and everything come up ok, so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

 

Other than throwing the computer back at HP or Compaq, I am at my wits end.
