Computer Keeps Crashing

My HP computer keeps crashing. I have the information I will post to see if anyone can help me figure out why is doing it.
Its and HP running windows 7 64 bit.
The Model is E9220Y
Here is the error message

The computer will run in safe mode. I did try a restore point but it crashed when it restarted and started windows normally.
Any help out there would be awesome.

Are you using a particular application when the PC crashes?
Does the Event Viewer log show any critical errors?
