Computer Restarts constantly a1644x

I have a HP a1644x and when I brought it home from work everytime I start it up it goes to a black screen where it says choose to run in safe mode, safe mode with networking, last working configuration, or start normally.  Whichever one I choose whether it's normal or safe mode right after I choose it, it just restarts and loads up and does the same thing again.

Try removing the memory and reinstall it.

Thank you! I reseated the ram and the video didn't have lines anymore and it starts up ! Thank you a lot.
