I wonder if anyone can help, having read a number of threads along similar lines I cannot solve this problem.
Having updated the BIOS to the latest version and got everything working fine I have reinstalled Vista Home Premium
on a clean hard drive. During the build everything went fine (numerous restarts)- no problems until I installed the latest ATI Catalyst
drivers for the EAH4350 PCIe graphics card.
PC will now only partially boot and hangs after displaying the <F9> <F10> prompts. Tried to uninstall the ATI drivers but
it has made no difference.

Seems storage related, remove all our external USB and 1394 devices, usb thumb drive, 1394/usb mp3 players, external HDD/ODD, USB AIO printer with a card reader, remove any media in your card reader media slots.
