Disappearing mouse pointer

What's wrong? My mouse pointer hides from me.

More information is needed before we can start trying to diagnose.

 

What make / model computer?

What operating system?

Does the mouse left alone disappear or are you clicking on something and then it just disappears?

How do you normally resolve the issue?

How is your mouse connected to your computer?

One screen or two screens? If one, have you ever used two?

Hi Butterbean,

 

Go to start>control panel>mouse

 


Then navigate to the tab names pointer options.

 


De-select the "hide pointer while typing" box.

 

Select Apply.

 


Select OK.

 


All done.
