Ethernet connection taking too long to connect [ Edited ]

Hello everyone, I have notes that some programs make my internet connection not to immediately connect to the internet, the ethernet icon stays loading for about 2 minutes. I recently did a system recovery because of that reason and saw that immediately after installing a program (itunes) it damaged the time it takes to connect. It also did it when I downloaded Ralink which I did not need so I erased it and took care of the problem. But now I did a recovery, did not install Ralink but after installing Itunes it started to do it again and I do not really want to delete Itunes. Does anyone know a work around for this? Itunes is not the problem cause everyone would have it and I even upgraded my ethernet driver to the most recent one and scanned my computer with Norton and Avast, what can I do? Thank you.

I forgot I have an HPE 410F AMD Phenom x 6 12 GB RAM.

It is not a good idea to have two anti-virus programs monitoring your system at the same time. Norton especially does not like another program.  If your Norton is a paid program, remove the avast and see if it make a difference.

I only have Norton and use Malware bytes just to scan every now and then. I notice that after installing some programs it happens, but I think is has to do with something else.

I think some programs interfere with the ethernet card driver by creating a loop while the card gets the IP address everytime the computer starts, but the only solution so far has been a recovery but after some programs are installed it comes back.
