HELP !!!! My Computer Keeps Getting the Blue screen !!!!

I have The HP w2207h in vista. about a month ago my computer started restarting witha blue screen heres an image. after it restarts again it says windows has recovered from a problem. hers the info. Problem signature:

Hi,

Download correct Windows Vista Recovery Disc and choose repair system. This may solve Your problem.
