HP 6062 Freeze

Hello,

My new HP 6062(bought on 15 dec.) Freezes. mostly while playing games (cod4) but also when i am watching a movie(vlc) and in firefox . When it freezes i cant press CTRL ALT DEL. i have to press the reset button
- I've updated the drivers and it still freezes.
- I've disabled the HP application and clean boot. it still freezes.
- i did a sfc scan.No  problem
- PC diagnostics..No problem

ON the events list I get a Kernel Power 41(63)error

Be that your bios and drivers are up to date. Run a full set of hardware diagnostics and see if anything is detected.

I did hardware scan with pc help and tools.... everything was fine.
so i thing i am going to call the store or call hp.
