HP Mini 110-3102sa wont boot hp recovery does not work

HP Mini 110-3102sa wont boot just goes to a black screen with a white line blinking hp recovery does not work hard rest didnt work reset bios didnt work checked hard drive on diagnostics and memory all passed used hp advanced system diagnostics start-up test , run-in test, etc all test passed. not a hardware error i then tried a windows 7 32 bit repair disc and booted from a external disc drive restored back to previous date and repaired any errors that there was then reset still didnt boot please help
