HP Pavilion HPE h8-1220t Desktop PC stuck at blue screen of startup HP

Hi there,

               My newly bought desktop computer HP Pavilion HPE h8-1220t Desktop PC sometime stuck at the start up of the computer and nothing happens after that. It stuck at the blue HP screen and I cannot even press esc key or f12 and can't do anything at all. I have to hard reset the computer and restart again THEN it still stuck at that blue screen. Last time I have do hard reset 15 times to boot up. It is getting really annoying, please help me :smileysad: it is super annoying

A new machine should not be giving this problem. I would phone HP and ask for service under the standard warranty. For contact info start here>>> Contact HP
