HP Pavillion m9160f windows vista premium 64-bit it's stuck

My PC its stuck, I shut down the PC then turn it back on and it's in the same place it was before the shut down, it goes on but does not restart, the screen it's black with no signal, mouse works, keyboard it's not working, how can I restart my PC?. Thanks for your help

Hi,

 

What happens when you try to power on the PC?

 

Does the PC sound like it's booting up but the screen is just black?

IT'S BEEN FIX. I remove the mother board battery, disconnected  the PC for 24 hours then replace the battery, turn on the PC and it went back on, after that, I did a full restore (the way it was when I bought the PC) and life it's beautiful again :smileyhappy:
