HP pavillion, windows 7, 64 bit

I have been playing Hidden Cronicles on facebook for quit some time,  but lately I can't get my pc to go there.I get a error message form Exployer that zinga closes exployer and then exployer reopens.   It go's on like this until I shut it down.....What can I do?   I  asked this  on another site and they wanted to CHARGE some rediculous amout to help.......

Easiest fix is to download google chrome! Explorer has a lot of compatibility issues.
