Hello, for some reason yesterday when I turned my computer on it never allowed me to log on. It brings me to a blank blue screen where I can't do anything else. The blue HP screen comes up which has the options at the botton and one is to hit f11 to restore my system, but my computer isn't responding when I press it and believe me im pressing it repeatedly. It only continues to "act" as if its bringing me to the log on screen and then I end up at the blue screen where im stuck. I am terrified that I have lost my computer, shes only 3 years old. Its an HP Pavilion Slimline s3300f Product # GX615AA#ABA Desk top. Please help, thanks in advance

And if you press F10 when you see the HP logo, can you access the computer's bios settings?
If you can, and you have those disks, you can set your computer up to restore from those.

Thanks for responding, no I don't have the restore disks, what do I do now. A friend of mine asked if I had a disk that was used to set up everything, I never used a disk

If HP no longer supplies your specific recovery disk, you can usually find one from a 3rd party site, such as www.restoredisks.com for between $20 and $30.
