Every time I try to start the computer, it turns on to the HP blue logo screen then it goes completely blank. The fans are still running, the green light is on, but the monitor is blank. Even after multiple shut downs and restarts, the same problem occurs. Every thing passed when I click Diagnostics, F9. Recovery, F11,does not work. Setup, F10, and Boot Menu, Esc, both work.
Help!

Hello deevee, You might try resetting the BIOS and see if the system will boot normally.
To reset the BIOS, you would need to disconnect the power cord, remove the side panel, and remove the CMOS battery for about 10-20 seconds, then reinstall the battery, the side panel and the power cord and see if the system will boot normally. The CMOS battery is a small coin cell battery located usually on the lower right corner of the motherboard.
Can you get to the Boot Menu and select the hard drive as the boot device?
If this does not resolve the issue, it may be the hard drve has become faulty, even though it shows as working.
Please click the White Kudos star on the left, to say thanks.
