PC Won´t Startup (Vista)

Hey,

 

I have a Pavillion t3710.nl Desktopcomputer. I did a bios update and then rebooted the computer. now it gives 2 short Beep-Codes,i know its a RAM problem and brought a new one i reseated, removed etc. and my ventilator goes realy fast. also the led is orange. ive been reading and saw somewhere that the ROM-file isnt found in a folder. i dont know what to do, i hope someone can help
