POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POOR QUALITY PC

I bought HP Pavilion Elite HPE-180t in March 2010, till now It has been send to HP service four times , Replaced Mother board one time , Replace Video card twice and still It crashes every other day (Blue screen) . HP tech support is not able to find the root cause and the Special Customer Support Manager is Very rude and Arrogant and they really don't want to assist or help customers , she said I can do throw away teh PC if I don't need it , they won't take it back/Repalce it . I still have the warranty on it till March'2012. She calls her name is SUSAN ( I don't think it's her real name)
I went through BBB , they closed it saying they don't see any issue. If HP is DARE to call me /Speak to me /Challenge me that this PC is good , I can go to any extreme to prove them wrong. I don't have time to go through Support ( as they take 2 hours everytime I call ) and none of the call resulted in any solution .
I am really fed up with them !!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY HP PC's , For those who don't buy HP PC/Notebook I can even pay them an incentive to buy other PCs.
