Pavilion a1330e hangs @ POST

I have a Pavilion a1330e that hangs at the blue HP Splash Screen.  None of the keystrokes (esc, F1, F12) work.  No POST Beeps.  Tried 3 different keyboards, changed out the system battery, changed the RAM configuration.  When I removed the RAM I got the expected Beep Codes.  Current BIOS is 3.14.  Will not boot to hard drive or bootable CD.

Use F-10 at startup.
