Power supply green status light

Product: HP Pavillon a320n

Power supply info:  HP P/N *5187-1098*

Presume power supply (PS) failure.  Green status light on PS casin flashes continuisely when plugged in.

Where can I find info as to diagnostic of the status light?

Is there an internal fuse to be reset or changed?
