Scrolling

While on the internet, when I go into a website and scroll down the page it just stretches the information out and will now scroll properly.  Does anyone have an answer for this problem?

How are you scrolling and which device are you using? Do you have a touch pad? Mouse? Could you be pressing on the mouse wheel or touch pad in a way that a positioning icon come up and you are actually adjusting the screen picture position? Have you tried to attach an external mouse if you have a laptop?
