Thanks for the piece of JUNK!!!

I guess I am just another sucker who bought a slimline 3120n , and did the send it back 3 times ,and have another motherboard installed. I just don't believe that HP can treat a customer the way they do. They don't stand by there

product if they just kept installing another lousy motherboard that would die in another couple of months. I am still steamed over this, and have resigned to tell everybody that I deal with not to purchase any HP products. Again thanks HP for nothing.

Re: Thanks for the piece of JUNK!!!

I bought a slimline nearly two years ago.  I no longer have it since the motherboard malfunctioned last month.  I consulted several computer technicians, and they told me that slimlines go through motherboards because of their design.  I decided not to replace the motherboard.  I now have a custom-built PC with a three-year warranty.  My HP printer also did not last more than two years.  The touchscreen stopped functioning.  I no longer have an HP printer anymore.  Nuff said.
