I bought this online, was supposed to be a fresh install of Windows 7 Premium, and was in working order at the time of purchase, nothing said about the BIOS being updated. I simply attached a monitor to the graphics card that was already installed. The on-board graphics connections were covered up. Then I attached power to both and turned them on, expecting to at least see the BIOS splash and followed by a Windows Screen. I never got a thing on the monitor, or any of the other monitors I tried, one being brand new out of the box. I tried other cables, including brand new ones and then tried the other connections. I would have tried to update the BIOS, but I think you need to see what you are doing by what you see on the monitor.
