The easiest way to fix the 5 beeps is to turn off PC. Remove memory sticks. Power pc on without sticks. Power PC off. reinsert memory sticks. power back on and wahlah. no more beeps

My HP Windows 7 is not working. It's my school computer and I have to fix it ASAP. It says to hit F3 but when I do, it either does nothing or makes an annoying noise. I hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and then ESC and it took me to the Startup Menu, but only 5 options came up instead of the 8 you listed. I hit all of the buttons on it and nothing helped at all. I don't even know how this happened, my mom was watching Netflix on it and then it started making a loud beepish noise. She turned it off and it hasn't been back to normal since. I do not have a recovery disk or anything of that sort. Please get back to me asap. I cannot get past the "Press F3 to boot to the K12 Restore Utility..." screen. I tried getting to the Startup Menu and did every option there and still no luck. Please, someone get back to me quickly.

Hello maydaymaydayxo,
Do you have recovery discs for this machine? At the point you are at you may have to run a system recovery with the recovery discs.
