I have the same problem on a desktop system HP6210 6G of memory with the same graphics card. If I try to backup to the external HD or just move a large file it blue screens. Tried to backup under the HP recovery system and it just locked up after 2%. Windows solutions point to graphic driver but they are up to date. Not sure if I should install the hotfix or just wait? If I put the hotfix on now, will it mess something up when someone really fixes it?

You should install this now. You can always uninstall it if you have issues through Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, Installed updates.

I'm having the same problem with the same PC, and the hotfix didn't help me. Any other suggestions?
