I've had the same problems with this computer and it gets worse every time I use it. What's the name and address of the lawyer to whom you refer.

I tried to contact them about the lawyer but they don't want to give up the name. I do know the case is called Kent vs. HPSettlement and they had lawyers in California and New York. The website used to exist at: http://www.hpelitedesktopsettlement.com/ but as you can see it has been taken down. HP isn't honoring these so called repairs or settlements. I sent mine in and it came back with a motherboard older than what was in it! These people at HP are off their **bleep** rockers! They're crazy and they don't give a **bleep** about the customer at all. Finally they replaced my motherboard with the one that is supposed to be the "good" one and it blue screens too! There is this person Yvonne that you can contact over e-mail that is connected with the settlement. Here is that info:

You might be able to ask her the names of the Lawyers. At one time that person sent me the names and numbers of the lawyers but my computer has since crashed (any surprise there?) and had to be reformatted so I lost that. I'm sorry and I wish I had more information. If only I had got this a month or so ago before I had to reformat this computer again, I might still have had that pdf with all the information. I'm done with buying HP products though, they don't care about the customer. I sincerely hope you get the help you need.
