freezing of pc

My system id having problem of freezing up at startup screen (at "please wait", before "Welcome Screen")...

whenever i resume it from hibernation , or i change the power supply from dc to ac or ac to dc!

still having this problem, any one knows how to solve it.

i'd tried refreshing windows but still the same thing!!!
