ok this is question for this model MS212L VT540AA,i have friends use this dekstop and then problem go send for warranty but still problem for software and then harddisk,if have warranty why my friends pay for this hardisk/motherbord RM420 but Warranty End Date
2011-03-03 (YYYY-MM-DD), and then still windows problem again....after 3 month send to repair but still same problem again...my friends so boring+angry,she's have many job use this dekstop...program windows 7 lost everthing can recovery all.can tell me how to fix all stuff problem..? "><

a few questions before I will continue.Please answer them:
1) In what country are you located? Where did you buy your computer?
2)What exactly do you see when you power up your computer now?Please describe it.
3)What software or program are you using when the problem happens?
4)Are you the administrator of this computer?
5)What are your friends doing before the first problem happened?Were they browsing a website?What was the software
they were using when the first problem happened?
6)When you sent the computer for repair,what parts were changed?

If the problem is hardware you should buy a new one and then re-install, but if the problem is the possibility of master softwarewindows exposed to the virus.
characteristic if the hardware is usually blue screen, but if exposed tothe virus software typically hang or restart frequently
