Hi can anyone out there help ?

 

The p.c starts up with the hp screen, but then goes to a screen with the following message.

 

The last attept to resume the systen from it's previous location failed. Attempt to resume again ?

 

(use arow keys to highlight your choice)

 

continue with system resume

or

delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu

 

using the arrow keys does nothing, nor pressing the enter key

also tried pressing f10 and f11 but nothing happens

 

any ideas would be fantastic, Cheers

Can you get into BIOS?  Try testing the Hard Drive
