I have an HP pavillion with the Vista 64 bit operating system. the a6500f computer and it will not boot up. I get an error code BIOME-1. No changes were made to the computer and no new siftware added. it just froze up and stopped working.

Your PC appears to be getting memory errors. Here are the specifications (picture on the motherboard) for your PC. The long black slots (upper right hand part of the motherboard) are the memory dimms slots. Remove one dimm and see if you can get past the memory error. If not, replace the dimm and remove the other. If you get past the error, then reinstall the presumably a bad dimm and see if the error occurs again. Sometimes just reseating the memory dimms clears up the problem.
The below link is for a memory diagnostic. You might need to burn it to disk on a different PC.

I purchased HP computer (M9552P) on Jun. 16, 2009. After 6 months, its Video card was noisy, I informed several times to HP, they had not care, so by spending around $200 I changed it. Now there is an error Code; BIOME-1 for the memory card, It looks it has to go repair shop. Do you believe the HP products are good?
