Hi i got this of the littlewoods on 12 months interest free deal, first impressions of laptop are great but i got it because i seen reviews on youtube and also in the hp description it says "great for gaming" i cant get any game to work , just crashes all the time , iv only managed to get a game going once , its not overheating as the the laptop is cool so that cant be the problem plus the game i need to run only needs 2g ram , 128 dedicated graphics, GHz duel core . and i have 1.7 ghz quad core , 8 gb ram and dual radeon graphics ..

after looking into this online it seems a lot of people have problems with hp crashing randomly , has anyone had this problem and solved it that could point me in the right direction ? i tried contacting littlewoods and they told me to contact hp , i have tried doing that but no response so IM on this forum fingers crossed i can get some answers

Its bad to hear you are not able to play your games on the notebook even though the notebook specs are much better than the game requirement. Please let me know the error message when the games crashes and also what game or games are you trying to play on it.
