Hi,
It always hang my computer during the Windows setup process, it always hangs on "Setup is Starting". I tried to install different OS like Ubuntu and different versions of Windows but still cannot. I don't think the problem is with RAM or HDD or Motherboard since it passes on all the diagnostic tests. Is it possible that my BIOS is infected with virus? How can it re-flash if it cannot setup the windows?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

My guess is the video. Is that an onboard video chip or do you have a video card installed in a slot? Check to see if the fan is spinning if it is a card.
