pavilion p6-2107c comes on but does'nt start windows

 Fans run, cd/dvd opens and closes, but nothing works.Keyboard and mouse dead ,boot disk wo'nt do anything, no moniter???

Hi

Please try these steps given below might be helpful to resolve your issue.

1) Disconnect the Power cables on the back of the unit and press and hold the power button on the unit for 30 seconds then remove the Side panel disconnect the Hard drive & Memory in case you have 2 or more sticks then try 1 stick at a time connect the Hard drive and see if you can get any display.

2) If that does not works then remove the CMOS battery which looks like a coin wait for few seconds then insert it back on again please note the + symbol should be on top side.

First check whether the monitor is working good.

disconnect the monitor from the comp & just turn it on & check what happens & let us know
