Had a knew hard drive put in pc,best buy. Know my key board has no power tryed removing hook up but no luck. I read on internet this is a problem with hps

U didn't say if your keyboard is USB or MiniDIN.

 

Also is the new HDD a replacement drive for your operating system, or have you got an operating system running?

 

You may need to enable Legacy USB keyboard support in the BIOS to get the keybpard working if it's USB.
