My HP Health Analysis assistance isn't working properly as when it gets to 'Analyzing your system' it gets stuck. It has been 10 hour since i started it and been stuck at that same point. also same with Tune Up it gets stuck on 'Analyze the computer for hardware and software issues.' I believe it could be a problem with HP Support Assistance not sure though. i was wondering if you could help. Thanks!

Bobby, what is the make/model of the computer. This information will allow us to access the Product Specifications for the computer.

I am having the same problem but i seem to have a bit TOO MUCH patience cause the 'analyze computer for hardware and software issues' has been going on for around 2 days now... really hoping that there is a way so solve this please....

Same issue here. I have a dv7 3085dx. The functionality of the touch controls above the keyboard went out. "Analyze the computer for hardware and software issues" has been running for about a day now.

Try a hard reset, works sometimes.Disconnect all external devices first.
1-remove power cord and battery
2-press power button for 20 seconds
3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.
