Pavilion 500-314
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I can't figure out how to get into the bios of my HP Pavilion 500-314. When I boot the pc there is no screen that indicates what key I press to boot into bios, it just automatically goes into the HP loading screen.

Hi:

 

Normally, you can tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP splash screen to get a menu of options.

 

From that list, select the F10 boot options menu.

 

If that doesn't work, then see if you can get into the BIOS using the method described at the link below.

 

Watch the video.  All brand PC's with W8.1 have this feature.

If that doesn't work, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions to offer.

Hey I know this is an old post but idk where to ask.

I have the same problem with my HP pavilion 500-110ej, there's no BIOS post at all just a blank screen and niether the hp logo is showen. it just boots up to win 8 directly

how to enter the BIOS...please help
