Paul my hardware id is 

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_1590103C&REV_06

and my computer runs on 64bits can't get the drivers 

and also the driver for pcouffin device

i have same series of hp on the topic that u replied , but my laptop is not idenetfying like usb , external hard disk , cannot connect to blackberry desktop software having code 31 error
