You're very welcome, Bas.

Yes that is quite true indeed.

Some folks have reported success by using the standard Intel XP driver from the d530 support and driver page as well,

You would have to manually install it by using the Have Disk method and select the specific Intel graphics adapter from the list.

But those video cards are dirt cheap, and well worth the investment to completely enjoy the 865 chipset based PC's on W7.

Will this driver also work on my DX2000 with W7 Professional? Is has the same video chipset I believe...

HP Recommended

It should work on any PC with the Intel 865 chipset and onboard Intel graphics.

You missed my post about the DX2000 and Windows 7, André. Again I can conform that this driver works allright with Windows 7. Do not expect a lot regarding the capabilities of the graphics hardware regarding video playing on HD screens. I am able to play 720p video on a 1280x1024 monitor without any problems but playing 1080p material on a screen with slightly more pixels like 1680x1050 is not recommendable. This results in sync problems between video and audio and choppy video. For other basic operation it is pretty good.

Thnx for your prompt reactions.
I will try it and let you know whether or not it works for me.
