Yes, it does. I was on the phone with MS telling them I have two product keys and wish to use one  but they replied they can't help only HP can!?

Thanks for the link. This may have helped, I don't know bacause the system is fine now. I was for over an hour in a chat with MS, paid $40 and got this issue resolved.
