Hi truce,

Can you provide more information?

Your operating system (32 or 64 bit) and the product number of your PC would help.

Did you make any hardware changes or install any software immediately prior to this symptom?

Hi,

I cannot find your PC using the provided product number.

Finding your PC's product number:

Desktop

Laptop

Hi truce,

Here are the search results for: C3T77EA or C3T77EA#ABU (C3T77EA#ABU shown)

Maybe HP's product finder site is not working correctly.

I can't help you without this information.

Did you create an HP Recovery disk set? You may need to restore your PC back to factory specifications. Did you create an HP Diagnostics CD/DVD?
