i have problem in my HP Probook4320s (windows 7), when i turn on my notebook , i have problem with
"1720-smart hard drive detects imminent failure (failing attribute:1)"
"Please back up the contents of the hard drive and run HDD Self test in F10 setup"
So, can u help me, to solve the problem.. ?

YOES, welcome to the forum.
The best thing to do is backup your personal data as suggested. Then, you can either use the drive until it fails or replace it and copy the files to the new drive.
