Please go to the Intel Download Center and click "CONTINUE" to have Intel scan your computer for Intel devices. This should install most of the drivers.
Please go to the Realtek webpage and "HD Audio Codec Driver" under "Quick Links". Now check "accept" and click "Next". Lastly, select a download site for the 7th item download the list [Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file)]. This will install the audio driver.

Im trying to install XP Pro on the HP Pro 3500 MT because its for a business and it came with windows 8. I've tried changing setting in BIOS but the farthest the XP install goes is where it says welcome to setup and asks to press enter to install. The next screen should list the hard drive i want to install windows on but instead it says it doesnt see any hard drive installed and cannot continue. how did you get XP to install? did you install SATA drivers first? And if you did, where can i find it? Thanks

Below is the link to the SATA AHCI drivers you need. 2nd download is for XP 32 bit.
You need to have the storage controller in the BIOS set to AHCI which is the default setting for your model, (or RAID if you intend to use 2 hard drives acting as one).
You can install the exact driver you need at the F6 prompt using a USB FDD (only a USB FDD will work).
You use the Up/Down arrow keys to scroll to and select the driver you need from the list on your floppy.
The exact AHCI driver you need for the chipset in your PC should be the Intel(R) Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller.
For RAID you need the Intel(R) Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller.
You can confirm the correct AHCI driver you need if you still have access to your W8 OS, by looking in the device manager, click to expand the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers section, and you will see the name of the SATA AHCI controller listed there.
Or you can slipstream all of the drivers into a copy of your XP installation disk by reading the info at the link below (Intel Section).
Then read the downloadable document to slipstream all of the drivers.

Please see if the XP network driver directly from Realtek works.
3rd one on the list...(WinXP, Win2K, Win2003 Auto Installation Program (SID:1581341)).
