Product: HP Pavilion 500 PC Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I redownloaded HP assistant multiple times since installing windows 10; it works twice, maybe, then it says: HP assistant stopped working- again and again1 What is wrong with this?

Please advise!

HP Recommended

The first thing that you need to do is completely uninstall HPSA.  Then, use the appropriate version for your computer listed here.

 

I suggest using Revo Uninstaller to remove HPSA.  It will remove it from the HDD and all of the remnants from the BIOS.  I use the FREE version.  The Advanced option is the best for removing the entire app.
